Étude des bases cognitives de la recherche visuelle rapide d’informations verbales (mots ou expressions) dans des documents papiers ou électroniques, en associant expériences comportementales, enregistrements des mouvements oculaires et recueil des potentiels évoqués sur le scalp (participants adultes typiques).

Étude du développement des compétences de recherche visuelle de mots des adolescents (9−16 ans). Effets du vieillissement sur les capacités de recherche visuelle d’informations verbales (perspective de développement « vie entière »).

Utilisation des mouvements oculaires associés à des tâches de comparaison d’images et de recherche visuelle de mots pour explorer la physiopathologie des patients souffrant de pathologies psychiatriques (avec N. Jaafari, psychiatre).

Recherches appliquées sur l’optimisation de l’ergonomie visuelle des jeux vidéo et environnements interactifs : repérage et utilisation des informations visuelles présentées sur des fonds complexes en mouvement.
